Alan has reached a new level of marketing effectiveness

Through our advice, Alan sends out a bulk marketing email say to 5000 people.

He makes it sound really personal by inviting them to reply to a simple question like ‘shall I reserve the discount for you?’.

He gets an extraordinary response.  But there's a few days worth of emails to go through saying ‘yes’ ‘no’ and ‘stop sending me emails - I’m a Urgandan elephant herder’. 
 
As replies are sent to an Indian administrator, these are all processed, replied to and logged in a spreadsheet without costing his time or much money:

    * Yes’s get sent to sales guy, with switchboard numbers if it’s not provided
    * out of offices get it re-sent a day after they return with ‘Hope your holiday was good’,
    * ‘not my industry’, or ‘can’t make the dates’ get unsubscribed to the appropriate unsubscribe category level online (so can’t make the dates will still be sent next year). 
    * Referrals will also be sent on to the referred party and the refferer is thanked.
    * If this is repeated with another follow up, 'leads' are emailed a different email instead.
